If you've been trying to lose weight and diet and exercise haven't been working for you
 perhaps you should try a different approach. Most methods of losing weight are short term,
as are their results. Diets, weight loss pills, even some exercise routines are things most
people do temporarily to lose weight and can't wait to stop doing them. The results are minimal
and fleeting. Most people trying to lose weight using these methods wind up getting caught
up in alternating cycles of dieting and gaining weight over and over, without any real long term
